She/Her
Sound Practitioner and Yoga Instructor
Chidimma is a certified sound practitioner and yoga instructor that incorporates science based techniques, music theory and spiritual lineages to cultivate a unique sound experience. She incorporates a wide variety of instruments and specializes in various modalities with crystal bowls and tuning forks.
Her journey began with a 200-hour yoga teacher training, but it didn't stop there. She delved deeper into the subtleties of yin yoga, hatha yoga, pranayama (breath work), meditation, and the profound relaxation of yoga nidra. Along the way, she gained insights into trauma-informed yoga, prenatal yoga, and oncology-informed integrative practices. Her mission is to understand the delicate balance of the mind, body, and spirit.

Occupational Therapist
Rose is a licensed occupational therapist (OTR/L) who specializes in pelvic health and rehabilitation treating women, men, and nonbinary folx with extensive training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
She is a certified brain injury specialist (CBIS) with experience in traumatic brain injury and neurological disorders, inpatient rehabilitation, acute, home health, and outpatient care.
While caring for patients in these settings, Rose felt disconnected to other dimensions of health that are not taken into account through the medical industrial complex such as the mind-body connection. Because of this she felt called to the pelvic health specialty as she views the pelvic floor as a vulnerable but powerful place of self. Her mission is to equip clients with knowledge of their symptoms and understanding of their bodies to help them functionally return to their important life roles, activities, and occupations with confidence.
She is passionate about treating pelvic pain, prenatal and postpartum issues, or any other pelvic health concerns for all bodies. With over seven years in the field of occupational therapy, she has acquired certifications in John Barnes myofascial release, visceral mobilization, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
