I am currently in the office in Highland Park on Saturdays from 11am to 3pm.

I am a certified sound healer with a doctorate of social work who specializes in holistic healing through the power of sound. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I integrates various instruments—including crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes—to evoke healing, balance energy, and promote deep relaxation. I merge my expertise in social work with sound to create transformative experiences that support emotional well-being, stress reduction, and spiritual alignment. You can learn more about me here.

My Credentials 

I began my academic journey at Valdosta State University, earning a degree in Mass Media. My passion for storytelling and effective communication laid the foundation for my future education, advocacy, and wellness endeavors. I obtained my master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University, where I developed a strong commitment to fostering student development and institutional equity. I later earned my doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in student affairs and social justice, focusing on creating inclusive and supportive spaces for diverse students within the residential communities.
